I took a peak in small camera obscura, the one squatting on the first step of our staircase, wanting to catch it red-handed giving colour to darkness. I could swear there was something inside, maybe a noisy guiding ray or just a mouse. After a while I leave the box with its secret, the one that kept me coming back to it every now and again. Always uncanny. Always hidden.
